Login History (All Users)

The Users Login History page is intended for **Admins** to audit user logins.  The page contains 
a table with a log of past logins for *all users*:

Date (UTC)
  Date in UTC timezone when the login occurred.

Username
  Username that logged in.

IP Address
  IP Address the login originated from.

Permissions
  The permissions of the account at the time the login occurred.  "Unrestricted' = **Admin** privileges, 
  "Restricted" = Regular subuser.

.. Note::
   This page contains all logins account-wide, and is only viewable by **Admin** users.
